Sound baths are the immersion of the human body, in sound waves.  It’s a form of sound therapy built on the use of vibrational sound interacting with cellular vibrations within the body to achieve a state of stability and peace.  The sounds created during a sound bath through a variety of instruments (singing bowls, drums, bells and chimes, gongs, etc.) create an environment for the body to fully relax and encourage the deepest levels of relaxation.

Sound baths can take an hour. Participants lie down in a comfortable position, with eyes closed or blindfolded to heighten their sense to the produced sound.  Setting and intention before beginning is done through a small, guided meditation and the sound of a rain stick.

By gently switching from one instrument to the next, altering frequencies are created with different effects on the human mind, body, and overall experience.

Note:  Sessions include: Drums, Gongs, Crystal Instruments, Tibetan and Quartz singing                                          bowls, Chimes, Rattles and Strings.

30-minute baths can be done upon request and price is $44 for 1-2 people and                  $80 for 3-5 people.
