Transformational Winter Solstice with Celestial Sound and Gentle Stretch

Welcome in the Winter Solstice as you  immerse yourself in gentle stretching with the vibrational frequency of healing sounds as Jennifer guides you through a Chakra Meditation with Singing Bowls, Celestial Voice, and a beautiful Therapy Harp emitting crystalline grid healing frequencies.

Additionally, a Native Drum, South American Rain Stick and Koshi Chimes will also bless the session.

The physical, emotional, mental and energy bodies will all be addressed allowing for alignment and further healing.

Gentle yoga stretching, essential oils and breath work will be incorporated to support releasing.

Please wear comfortable clothes. Bring a blanket, pillow, or whatever you may need to snuggle your body into a comfortable resting position for the final Shavasana as Jennifer plays the harp and sings directly to each participant. Yoga mats will be provided.

You will experience the healing vibration as the Therapy Harp is played directly on your body at this time.
