You will align your chakras by:
- Chanting
- Work with mudras
- Color therapy
- Dance
- Meditate
Note:
Please wear comfortable clothes.
Bring water, a yoga mat, blanket (optional), an open heart and great attitude!
Cost: $11.00 at the door.
