MINDFULNESS AND SOUND

Mindfulness is the practice of being present and fully engaged in the moment, without judgment. When combined with sound, mindfulness can be a uniquely immersive experience that enhances your ability to focus and connect with your inner self.

Mindfulness & Sound: A Journey Into Presence Through Vibration.

Time: 2.5 hrs. Cost: $125 per person (1-3 people) and $80 per person (4-8 people)

What to bring: Notebook, pen, non-alcoholic drink, snacks (if you want), non-slippery socks.

Join us for a deeply nourishing exploration of mindfulness through the lense of sound. In this class you will learn how to use sound as a powerful anchor for awareness, emotional grounding, and inner stillness. We will combine breath work, deep listening, gentle voice work, and sound meditation to help you reconnect with your body, calm the nervous system, and center in the present moment.

Expect a blend of guided practice, brief discussion, and immersive sound experiences using voice, ambient tones, and silence. You will leave feeling more grounded, open, and attuned to your inner and outer worlds.
