Spiritual & Holistic Findings: My Guide to Sedona's Hidden Treasures

I'd love to share a bit about each of my favorite local suppliers—hidden gems that I believe deserve to be known and celebrated by the world.

As you may already know, health is deeply important to me. Since 2009, I’ve embraced a holistic lifestyle after overcoming a series of intense physical and emotional challenges (You can read more about my journey on the bio page of my website.)

Through this incredibly difficult time, I found healing in holistic therapies, natural supplements, brain exercises, and by reconnecting deeply with my body.

With that in mind, I'm always on the lookout for high-quality, health-supportive products for myself and my family. That quest has led me to discover four incredible local businesses, each with something special to offer.

1) Sistar Code Alchemy: Founded by Barbara Hudak and Nathalie Marie

Their work is deeply intentional, bridging the mystical with the modern to help us align, awaken, and amplify who we truly are.

I had the good fortune of meeting both ladies at another local conference, where they were demonstrating HeartMath® technology. As a HeartMath® Certified Coach myself, I naturally struck up a conversation with them. We connected instantly, and not long after, I was introduced to their incredible alchemical offerings.

I began incorporating their chakra oil blends into my 60-minute chakra balancing sessions, and the results were profound. 2) Garden of Eden Organix — founded by Amelia Danoff

Originally from Boston, Amelia moved to Sedona a year and a half ago to reconnect with nature and step away from the fast-paced city life.
